3pattgold Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to 3pattgold. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 3pattgold ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 3pattgold website, mobile application and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, esports wagering, ludo games and fishing games.

3pattgold operates as an online gaming and betting platform specifically designed for players in Pakistan. All transactions on this Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). By registering an account, depositing funds or placing any wager on 3pattgold, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 3pattgold.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the services at 3pattgold. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. 3pattgold takes age verification seriously. If we have reason to believe that an account holder is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately and review the matter. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited pending investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

3pattgold is intended for use by players located in Pakistan. The Platform is not directed at residents of jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction and that your use of 3pattgold is lawful in your location.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one active account at 3pattgold. Registering or operating multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited following investigation. Please contact support if you have forgotten your login credentials rather than creating a new account.

2.4 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. This includes your legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, your CNIC number for identity verification purposes, and your preferred payment details. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

3. Account Rules

3.1 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 3pattgold will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep these credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

3pattgold may require you to complete identity verification at any point during your account lifecycle. This typically involves confirming your CNIC details and ensuring your payment method is registered in your own name. First-time withdrawals trigger a verification check. Providing false documents during KYC is a criminal matter and will result in permanent account closure.

3.3 Account Currency

All 3pattgold accounts operate exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Balances, bets, winnings, bonuses and withdrawals are all denominated in PKR. No foreign currency conversions are performed by the Platform.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. 3pattgold reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee after this period. You will be notified via your registered mobile number before any fee is applied. You can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3pattgold accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. No foreign payment methods are accepted. All transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are processed instantly. IBFT bank transfers reflect within 1–2 banking hours. Card deposits process instantly subject to your bank's authorisation. The minimum deposit is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 500 for cards. 3pattgold does not charge any deposit fees. Your own payment provider may apply standard transaction fees – please check with your provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash within 10 minutes; NayaPay and SadaPay within 15 minutes; IBFT bank transfers within 2–6 hours during business banking hours (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM PKT); Visa/Mastercard within 1–3 business days. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Maximum per-transaction withdrawal limits apply by method as detailed on the Deposit and Withdrawal page.

4.4 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts in your own name. 3pattgold does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a third-party source will be returned and may trigger a security review. This rule protects both players and the integrity of the Platform.

4.5 Withdrawal Verification

Your first withdrawal from 3pattgold will trigger an identity verification step to confirm the account name matches the payment account name. This is a one-time process for standard accounts. Players who have not completed KYC or have outstanding verification documents may experience delays in withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Terms

All bets placed at 3pattgold are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of placing. By confirming a bet, you accept the odds, stake and terms applicable to that market at the moment of placement. Bets cannot be changed or cancelled after confirmation unless the Platform's cash-out feature is available and used before event completion.

5.2 Bet Acceptance

3pattgold reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason. This right applies particularly in cases of suspected match-fixing, unusual betting patterns, systems betting or when a betting limit has been reached for a specific market. Bets placed on affected markets will be void if an error in the offered odds is subsequently identified.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by sport, league and market type. The minimum stake for most markets is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits for individual markets are displayed in the bet slip. 3pattgold reserves the right to apply account-level stake restrictions where unusual betting patterns are detected.

5.4 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled before it begins, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If a match is postponed and does not restart within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will be voided. Matches that are started and then abandoned will be settled based on the score at the time of abandonment if enough play has occurred, as defined by individual sport rules.

5.5 Live Betting

Live in-play betting is available on selected events. Odds in live markets change continuously and rapidly. 3pattgold uses automated systems to update live odds. If a bet is placed during a period where odds are temporarily suspended or incorrect due to a system delay, 3pattgold reserves the right to void the affected bet. Live bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled.

5.6 Accumulator Bets

Multiple selections can be combined in accumulator bets. All selections must be from different events. You cannot combine selections from the same match in a standard accumulator. If one leg of an accumulator is void (e.g. due to match cancellation), the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining legs.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers at 3pattgold are available to eligible registered players as communicated at the time of each promotion. Each promotion carries specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds, qualifying bet types and expiry periods. These are stated clearly on each promotion page. 3pattgold reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion. For example, a bonus with a 5x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be staked five times in qualifying bets before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Only bets that meet the minimum odds threshold of a promotion contribute to wagering.

6.3 One Bonus at a Time

Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless specifically permitted by a promotion's terms. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses by creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and closure of all accounts involved.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

3pattgold actively monitors for bonus abuse including but not limited to: arbitrage betting using bonus funds, systematic low-risk wagering to fulfil requirements, use of multiple accounts and coordinated abuse. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided, winnings forfeited and accounts may be closed.

7. Responsible Gaming

3pattgold is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our responsibility to offer protective tools seriously. The following tools are available to all 3pattgold account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps in account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cooling-off, you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 3pattgold. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the minimum exclusion period selected (minimum 6 months). Winnings accrued before self-exclusion are paid out.
• Reality Checks: Optional notifications reminding you of time spent on the platform during a session.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 3pattgold. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration or KYC information
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity (money laundering)
• Attempting to manipulate sporting events or markets (match-fixing)
• Using automated scripts, bots or software to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing communication with Platform staff
• Using another person's payment account to deposit or withdraw
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where its use is prohibited
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or distribute Platform software or content

3pattgold reserves the right to take all appropriate action including account closure, fund seizure and legal proceedings in response to prohibited conduct.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3pattgold Platform – including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, odds data, game content and promotional materials – is the intellectual property of 3pattgold or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 3pattgold. Unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property will result in account closure and may expose you to legal action.

10. Liability & Disclaimers

10.1 Platform Availability

3pattgold aims to maintain 99.9% platform availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures, third-party infrastructure issues or circumstances beyond our control. 3pattgold will not be liable for losses resulting from Platform downtime.

10.2 Accuracy of Information

While 3pattgold makes every effort to ensure odds, scores, statistics and event information are accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy at all times. Errors in odds or market data are corrected as soon as they are identified. Bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds may be voided at 3pattgold's discretion.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3pattgold's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount of your deposit balance held at the time of the claim. 3pattgold is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind.

10.4 Player Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all bets placed from your account. 3pattgold cannot reverse confirmed bets on the grounds that you did not intend to place them or that the outcome was different from your expectation. It is your responsibility to ensure you understand the rules of each market before placing a bet.

11. Privacy & Data

3pattgold collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account you consent to the collection, use and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect data necessary to operate your account, process PKR transactions, comply with regulatory requirements and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. All data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers. You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your data – details are provided in the Privacy Policy.

Payment data (mobile wallet numbers, bank account details, card details) is used only to process your specific transactions. Full card numbers and mobile wallet PINs are never stored by 3pattgold. All payment processing uses industry-standard secure protocols.

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your 3pattgold account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, ensure you have withdrawn any remaining balance from your wallet. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Note that if you have an active bonus with wagering requirements, closing the account will forfeit any remaining bonus and bonus-derived winnings.

12.2 Suspension by 3pattgold

3pattgold reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time without notice if we reasonably believe that: the account is involved in fraudulent activity; the account holder has violated these Terms; the account has been used for money laundering; the account holder has provided false registration information; or continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform or other players.

12.3 Effect of Termination

On account closure, any genuine PKR balance remaining in your wallet (excluding bonus funds and winnings subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Accounts closed due to fraud investigations will have balances held pending the outcome of that investigation.

13. Changes to These Terms

3pattgold may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via your registered mobile number or email address at least 7 days before taking effect. Minor corrections or clarifications may be made without advance notice.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should close your account before the effective date. The current version of the Terms always takes precedence over any prior version.

For formal complaints that cannot be resolved through support, submit a written complaint to support@3pattgold.net with your account details and a clear description of the issue. Formal complaints are reviewed within 5 business days.

14.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of 3pattgold that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
